Jamie has spent the last decade working with homeowners in and around the luxury home market. With a background in Property Management, Jamie and her team have meticulously cared for multiple multi-million dollar homes. Jamie has been trusted to make the most important decisions for homeowners from hiring staff to overseeing major renovations. As Real Estate was a natural crossover from Property Management, Jamie opened the doors of Real Equity Advisors with her partner Adam Roark in 2014. Since the launch of REA, Jamie has closed close to $30M in sales while managing the brokerage and assisting fellow agents. Jamie also has the largest transaction to date in Carlsbad, securing her buyers an off-market oceanfront property for $8.2M. When Jamie Danielle is representing a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction she makes it her priority to ensure every detail is attended to. With Jamie’s experience in Luxury Property Management and Real Estate she is adept at utilizing her skills for being resourceful, adaptable and an excellent communicator to help guide her clients through a transaction.
Prior to Real Estate Jamie was a Private Chef and opened J Danielle & Co., a Domestic Staffing Agency, placing Chefs and Assistants in private households. Jamie still enjoys cooking and entertaining, as well as spending time exploring everything San Diego has to offer with her husband Luke and daughter Emery.
