Jamie Danielle boasts an impressive background covering estate home sales, staffing and property management. She has spent the better part of the last decade working with homeowners in and around the luxury home market. Jamie launched an estate staffing service in 2005, providing homeowners in the Rancho Santa Fe area with well trained home personnel from housekeepers to private chefs. Her staffing business led to opportunities in estate home management, her company currently assists multiple estate homeowners in all areas of management from hiring contractors and overseeing renovations to staff management. Jamie's crossover into luxury real estate sales was a natural transition, while the estate staffing and home management prove to be a valuable extension of her suite of services.

In 2014 Jamie launched Real Equity Advisors, Inc. with her partner Adam Roark. Real Equity Advisors, a boutique Real Estate firm is located in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, Ca.
